As you can see from the timeline below, we're right on/bit ahead of schedule to deliver the LLTP Volume III eBook and begin shipping for print versions in October 2024. Hello Poe fans!

Today is Poe's birthday and we've been celebrating by keeping the momentum going for the latest volume of LLTP! We are excited to announce that the Smoke Test was a success and all surveys have been sent with a special link to your survey in BackerKit.

Update on Submissions for Tales Torn From the  Heart

Sara finished reviewing ALL 123 submissions and we gotta say, the competition was really steep! She had to make some difficult decisions and everyone who submitted should be very proud of themselves. All decisions have now been sent.

You're going to love the unique angles and lenses through which each story and poem is inspired by "The Tell-Tale Heart." This is turning out to be an amazing anthology and the biggest Volume yet!

BackerKit Survey Update & Happy New Year!
5 months ago – Fri, Jan 05, 2024 at 06:21:21 AM

Hey everyone!

We hope you had a restful, joyous, and safe holiday season!

We are excited to share that we have everything ready to carry out the steps to open the Pledge Manager, where you will have the opportunity to add any of the fun add-ons to your pledge! Also, you will be able to add your shipping address.

 Smoke Test Happening Jan. 10th

Before opening the Pledge Manager to everyone we want to check that everything works correctly. To do so we will carry out a blind smoke test, in which an invitation to the Pledge Manager will be sent to a small percentage of backers. Any issue detected will be compiled and corrected. After this period, everything will be ready and the Pledge Manager will be open for everyone.

The smoke test will begin next Wednesday, January 10th. We want to ensure that your experience is smooth. Thank you so much in advance for your patience and help. Please keep an eye on your emails when the time comes in case you are one of the backers in the smoke test (please check your spam folder just in case). In case you do not receive an email, don’t worry. Everything is fine. It likely means you are not part of the smoke test.

Look for Survey Later Next Week

Once the smoke test has been completed, you will receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the survey invite email, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

 Shipping Fees

Due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, shipping fees for this project will be calculated at a later date once we have the best estimates for everyone. We plan to enter and charge backers for shipping a month or two before fulfillment when we have better estimates of what it will cost to ship backers rewards. We will alert backers when shipping costs are finalized and before we charge your cards in your BackerKit survey. We will keep you informed all along the way!

Checking Pledge Status

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://love-letters-to-edgar-allan-poe-a-tell-tale-heart-antho.backerkit.com.

Troubleshooting BackerKit Log In

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your crowdfunding account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://love-letters-to-edgar-allan-poe-a-tell-tale-heart-antho.backerkit.com/faq.

After surveys are sent, if you did not receive the email, and you signed in with Apple ID, your email address might be a private relay email address. We can help locate your survey and update your email address, please message us or post a comment with your Backer ID or Pledge # found on your confirmation.
